Obedience Course
For adult dogs with no issues we offer 1-to-1 obedience training. This involves us teaching the handler how to achieve certain behaviours from their dog and how best to reward those behaviours to ensure they are achievable in the future. Training is tailored to the abilities of each dog/handler combination. Socialisation can be provided for dogs with no issues at all who have already been properly socialised.
Some of the commands we might teach a dog and owner are: -
- Sit.
- Down.
- Stay.
- Stop.
- Drop.
- Find.
- Heel.
- Fetch.
- Recall.
More complex training can be done with dogs who already have the above behaviours.
This course is delivered through six outdoor 1-to-1 sessions, each lasting one hour. The cost of the course is £90 and is payable on booking.
All of our training techniques will be tailored to you and your dog and will be non-violent. We prefer to use the thoughtful approach.
